We had 8 members travelled out to Amsterdam this weekend for the 7500m race along the river Amstel. Highlights from Saturday came from Jen and Kate in the 2x, winning masters B and placing 3rd overall for the day in women’s 2x (beating all of the senior field). Ash Cowley missed out on the win

Congratulations to the Newark contingent at Lincoln Head today. Whilst being fastest overall, the mens Master’s eight was second to Burton once age handicap had been applied. Josie Day was over a minute faster than her competition in her singles age group race. Luke Parsons was beaten into 2nd place by 6 seconds very windy
