We had two crews race over the Championship course in London yesterday.
Jen Titterington raced in an Upper Thames, Newark, Mortlake Anglian and Alpha composite in the Women’s Masters A quads event. They won their class by 1min 4seconds over Derby RC and London RC.
Graham Price, Tom Woodman, Nigel Price and Keith Lawton raced in the Masters G quads event, beating a strong crew from Bradford upon Avon/ Nottingham and Union by 4seconds to take the win.
With two pennant wins and the overall headship for the women, it was an excellent day out for Newark on the Tideway. Well done everyone.
